As of today, we are offering exclusive hours for Program Design clients only. You will be required to check in with Jarrett at reception until our new self operated sign in system is up and running. If you are not a program design client and you are in the gym, you will be kindly asked to come back during regular gym hours.
Its that time of year again. The time of giving. Hopefully your gym gains have been so awesome over the summer that you can no longer fit into your winter gear! We will be supporting a few local charities this year the first of them being Coats for Kids. Tomorrow we will be setting a large box up in the gym for donations.
