I’ve succumbed to the inevitable…COLDNESS and whilst I haven’t joined the growing list of people who clog my news-feed with photo evidence of their victorious pumpkin spiced latte purchase, I did however make a Pumpkin Protein Shake!
Pumpkin Protein Shake
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Tbs Peanut Butter (at least…)
1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Coconut Milk – to desired consistency
Pecan and apple Granola
Place all of the smoothie ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Add more coconut milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie consistency.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle your toppings on.
