If you’ve been reading my other recipe posts (it’s ok, i’ll still like you if you haven’t) you may have noticed i like all things sweet; I also like all things healthy.
Today i bring you, DA DA DA DAAAAA Chocolate Chip HEALTHY Cookie Dough Dip!
Legit, my whole fam loves this stuff and it’s made with chickpeas. Chickpeas are a great source of protein, a rich source of dietary fibre and pack a folate punch!
Can of Chickpeas
2 TBS Smooth Peanut butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Nut Milk – your choice – optional
2 TBS Sweetener of choice
2 TBS Oats or ground flax
Dark chocolate chips
Blend everything together in a high speed blender with the exception of the chocolate chips.
Pour in a small amount of nut milk if things aren’t mixing smoothly.
Once the consistency resembles cookie dough, scoop mixture into a jar and sprinkle with dark chocolate chips.
Serve with apple slices or eat right off the spoon for a delicious snack.
