Annual Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser

Join us on September 17, 2016 for our third annual Fight Gone Bad Fund Raiser. This is an annual event that we host every year to raise money for a charity close to our hearts. This year the unanimous decision was to sponsor a child through World Vision. With your help, our event will raise enough money to contribute to a little girl that we were introduced to through World Vision.

Schedule of Events:

-9:00AM doors open.. for those who enjoy extra time warming up!
-10:00AM heats begin. There are two divisions to accommodate everyone’s skill level: RX and scaled.
-10:30AM MEAT Food Truck arrives. You can check out their menu and prices here;

The Workout:

Each round is 5 minutes in length. After each minute you will move to the next station. There are 3 rounds in total. After each round is complete there is a 1 minute rest before beginning the next round.
