Saint City Fitness is on the lookout for 3 motivated individuals ready to venture outside of their comfort zone and try CrossFit for 3 months.
Are you between the age of 21- 55?
At a beginner – intermediate fitness level?
New to Crossfit? (not a member of any Crossfit gym)
Committed to training at least 3 times per week?
Willing to be photographed and/or filmed before, during and after workouts?
Give a photographer or videographer the permission to use and publish video and/or photographs for advertising and such other fitness/business purpose on any or all social media outlets, email campaigns or blogs relating to?
Have a positive attitude?

The coaches at Saint City CrossFit have helped many people, lose weight, gain muscle, improve eating habits and recover from injury and illness. All movements can be scaled to accommodate your current physical condition. CrossFit is a fitness program comprised of basic gymnastic movements, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, body weight movements and endurance training. Saint City CrossFit offers a supportive community that will be there with you every step of the way.
